Filling Open Hours Online
After completing garden membership requirements you will added to the Greene Acres Community Garden Open Hours Hosts Google Group
Once you are in the group there are two methods for filling an open hours slot
If you use a Gmail account you can directly modify the Open Hours Calendar below. Find the slot that you want to sign up for and replace “Host Needed” with your name.
If you are not using a Gmail account please email greene-acres-community-garden-open-hours-hosts+manager@googlegroups.com and request the time slot you want to fill
To release a slot that you signed up for replace your name with “Host Needed” or send an email to greene-acres-community-garden-open-hours-hosts+manager@googlegroups.com
Daily reminder emails are sent (Wednesday - Sunday) when open hours slots for the upcoming weekend are not filled. To receive these reminders, update you Membership settings to “each email”
