Learn About our Garden

Greene Acres is a community garden on the corner of Greene and Franklin Avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

Our members grow fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs, harvest eggs, run a composting program, and host community events. Visitors and new members are always welcome to come see our projects, visit our goldfish and chickens, and relax under the trees.

Learn more about our rich history here, and find out how to get involved.
